Arrived promptly and in good condition.

two months and the problem isn´t solve yet

I´ve been ordered the game june 6th and I haven´t got it yet and now

it´s august 24th....Where is the game ????!!! Don´t order here !!!!!

After not receiving my dvd, i contacted the trader and they sent a replacement straight away. I received this promptly three days later. Very quick responses to both my emails and the subsequent re-sending of the dvd.

a have a problem with this trader...I buy 3 games from him and noone of this game doesent come on time and last black ops never come...dont know what to do

this order is over a month old, so where is my order???

It is now over two months since I ordered this dvd. You say order is complete so where is the item!!!!!

I have ordered this item 3 times. First I got a book. second it was said to be in the post. third time you said in post on 21st July-it is now over a week and I still not got it whilst other stuff I have ordered takes 2 days in post!

Ordered DVD from Singingon - unfortunately, it didn't turn up. I contacted them and they immediately sent out another DVD which arrived within 2 days. First one must have got lost in the post. Excellent customer service - would definitely use again.

Order did not arrive this was a present for my Grandson. Got refund promised me they would give me a refund and send me out another game free of charge still waiting will not use this website again.
