Item is clearly a copy and extra features won't play - afraid I'm now reluctant to ever use dvd.co.uk again.

I received the DVD a month before it was released and was a blatant illegal copy of the DVD. It was not from excess stock or liquidized stock or imported. I could tell because I received the DVD a month before it was released, the case was a shabby effort and the trailers were unmistakably not official.

Sent really quickly. Very pleased with item.

Very disappointed! Ordered a 2 disc DVD from this seller! It took 2 weeks to arrive & when it did it was not sealed & was only a 1 disc DVD. Was not forewarned that my order had been altered! DVD also looked like a copy as after ordering from a different company I could tell the difference between the copy! I emailed seller stating concerns about this & responded rapidly with offer of refund

I waited almost 2 weeks to receive my item and still nothing arrived. I contacted the seller, they replied promptly and I received the item within 2-3 days. The item (a DVD) was a Christmas gift for my sister and about half-way through the film the DVD started skipping and then froze. My sister wasn't too impressed and neither was I!

Dreadful service - ordered a popular DVD on 25th November which never arrived despite many emails promising it had been dispatched and am still awaiting my refund. Don't use this company

Do not buy anything from this trader. The DVD I ordered from him is obviously a pirate copy. Quality is poor and the disc stopped working before the end of the film.

Item appeared used and seller promised return postage refund but only partially covered which is not what was explained

After a weeks of waiting, had to get in touch, told they'd send it out again before they simply said they'd refund me. With no explanation. Had to actually get in touch with them. Not bad customer service, simply no customer service at all. Sorry, but utterly useless

It took about a month from placing the order to delivery and the DVD at best looks used, and at worst looks like a pirate copy. Avoid at all costs.

i am still awaiting this product and after having contacted Leo's Media Exchange they replied with a blank email. i expect better cstomer service and will not be using again

Disc & movie region 2 great, How ever the cover states region 1 so this may be a problem when i need to sell the item, But this is only a small thing so just thought let others know.. Great movie
