Fast delivery and not over packaged

Order received but took over 2 weeks from despatch. Totally down to the Royal Mail, don't what happened, but there you go. Item exactly as ordered, thanks.

Contacted seller as CD had not arrived in over three weeks, reply to email was almost immediate and second copy was sent which arrived within three days, very good service, thanks. Looks like good old Royal Mail are up to their usual in unreliable standards.

Good seller. No game arrived and my refund was sorted after the allotted time had gone by for the seller to contact the Post Office. 2 weeks is a long time though to wait for a refund. Decided not to ask for a replacement. Courteous emails and good response times.
