Have not received my order after 3 weeks.. emails requesting info on order have not replied to.. very disappointing.. and still no map!!

The book arrived quickly, however I wouldn't say it was in brand new condition. The dust cover was ripped and some pages were stuck together.

"Brand new item, posted within 2 business days" actually turned out to be "no contact for ten days, then order was cancelled." Had I known earlier, I could have ordered it elsewhere without the wasted time. Very disappointing experience.

Unfortunately, the book had a load of marks on the cover, spine and page edges and SFDmusic had no further copies. Have given good as very responsive communication and full refund inc return postage given.
