The Tefal Compact GV7095 steam generator is equipped with Tefal's Ultraglide ceramic soleplate, which offers unrivalled glideability, superior scratch resistance, easy cleaning and optimum steam diffusion.

Like all Tefal's steam generators, the GV7095 features the unique anti-calc collector to keep the appliance scale-free. The water across much of the UK is very hard, and scale can build up and affect the performance of appliances. To combat the problem, Tefal has developed technology which changes the scale inside the boiler unit of the steam generator into a solid form, which is collected at the side of the generator for easy disposal.

Thanks to 4.5 bar high pressure, the GV7095 offers 120g/minute continuous and variable steam.

The GV7095 has a 1.6 litre water tank with easy cord storage.

A steam generator is the most powerful type of ironing solution available. The appliances work by generating steam in a separate boiler unit and pumping it through the iron's soleplate into the clothes. The extra pressurised steam means steam generators cut ironing time in half compared to conventional steam irons, and produce a fantastic crease-free finish. The pressure is measured in bars, the higher the pressure, the deeper the steam penetrates into the fabric, leading to a better result. The steam generator's steam output is indicated in grams per minute (g/min), so the higher the output, the more steam is generated.
